Period of Performance

Parent BPA – 5 Years Base Period until MAY 30, 2026.



Demonstrated experience in the Pacific Northwest or Alaska is required.

Anticipated Start Date

TBD to May 30, 2026

Place of Performance

Project areas may be located anywhere on Forest Service/BLM/NPS managed lands in Oregon, Washington, and Alaska.





Contract Scope

To complete tasks included in BPA calls in a timely and efficient  manner that result in professional high-quality products beneficial to the Forest Service/BLM/NPS Heritage programs. This BPA and BPA calls may be used/issued by the Forest Service, Bureau of  Land Management and/or the National Park Service.


  • Bachelor’s degree in museum work or a closely related field; or
  • Courses equivalent to a major, as shown in bullet 1 above, plus appropriate experience or additional education; or
  • Four years of experience that provided knowledge comparable to that normally acquired through the successful completion of the 4-year course of study as shown in bullet 1 above.

Description of Work

  • Cultural Resources Surveys, Monitoring, and Report Preparation
  • National Register of Historic Places (NRHP) Recommendations of Eligibility for Precontact and Historic Resources, to Include Historic Structures
  • Preparation of Draft NRHP Nominations of Individual Properties, Historic Districts, Historic or Cultural Landscapes, and Multiple Properties
  • Documentation to State and Federal Standards, Architectural Design, and Integrity of Historic Structures
  • Historic Structure Assessments and Preservation, Restoration, Rehabilitation, and Reconstruction
  • Precontact and Historic Context Development
  • Data Entry into Forest Service/BLM/NPS Heritage Program Databases
  • Data Recovery and Analysis (Lithic, Macro Botanical, Blood Residue, etc.)
  • Traditional Cultural Property (TCP) Studies, Including Draft NRHP Nomination Preparation
  • Historic and Cultural Landscape Analysis
  • Cultural Resource Management Plans (CRMP), Historic Property Management Plans (HRMP)
  • Geographic Information Systems Support and Probability Modeling
  • Ethnographic Studies 
  • Records Management
  • Preparation of Collections for Curation under Federal Standards
  • Interpretive Product Development.
