Scope

The purpose of this requirement is to provide contract support to federally managed programs and provide strategic communications support services to ITSO and the judiciary. This work includes facilitating ITSO reporting; developing presentations, newsletter articles, and other publications on security-related topics; editing best practice and risk analysis documentation; responding to queries addressed to the ITSO mailbox from court units and national program offices; developing graphics for presentations, web deliverables, and other marketing content; developing and maintaining the ITSO SharePoint Online presence; and establishing and maintaining guidelines and templates for consistent and appropriate communication methods and deliverables. PWS tasks include:

  • 3.1 – Strategic Communications Support

  • o   Task 3.1.2 – Communications, Marketing, and Graphics Support
  • o   Task 3.1.3 – Technical Writing/Communications Support

Minimum Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Graphical Design
  2. 7 years of experience developing graphics for both communications/marketing deliverables as well as technical communications including describing technically complex materials to technical and non-technical audiences, both visually and with written word, using graphics software packages such as components of Adobe Creative Cloud, Office365, and HTML.
